Location
Parking can be found right next door in the parking garage at 9th & Cooper, which is free all day. Most street parking downtown is limited to 2 hours, if you plan to walk around town before or after your game, we suggest parking in the parking garage to avoid a ticket.

Arrival
Please plan to arrive 10 minutes prior to the time you booked, this will allow time for everyone to use the restroom before we lock you in a room for an hour. Late arrivals may have a shortened experience in order to accommodate guests booked at later times.

Cancelation Policy
Cancellations and rescheduling require a minimum of 24 hours notice. Cancellations made within 48 hours or no-shows will not be refunded. If you wish to reschedule within 24 hours, please let us know and we may be able to accommodate based on availability.
