Your bike rental with shuttle will start at our Glenwood Adventure Company location, in Glenwood Springs. This location is walkable from several of the hotels, so please check the map before driving over from your hotel.

Arrival
Please arrive at the time you booked, the time in your confirmation email is the time you need to arrive.
The bike is yours for the day, but must be returned before the office closes. The hours of operation change throughout the season, so please confirm closing time before you depart on the shuttle.
Recommend Gear
Dress for the weather, and wear appropriate shoes for biking. We don’t recommend sandals for flip flops.
Along with being dressed to ride, we suggest having the following:
- Sunscreen
- Sunglasses
- Water Bottle
- Snacks
- Small Day Pack

Cancellations and rescheduling require a minimum of 24 hours notice. Cancellations made within 24 hours or no-shows will not be refunded. If you wish to reschedule within 24 hours, please let us know and we may be able to accommodate based on availability.
