Arrival
Please arrive at the time you booked, the time in your confirmation email is the time you need to arrive.
If we are picking you up, please note your pickup time and location. If participating in multiple activities, pickup times and locations may be different, and some activities may require you to drive yourself to the departure location.
There are changing rooms if you need to get dressed, and once you are ready you will lock everything in your car, including your towels, and we will keep your car keys safe in the office, and out of the river. We have secure areas for items for those that got picked up. our office staff will inform you on arrival.
All safety gear, including lifejackets, helmets, splash jackets, river booties, and wetsuits are provided free of charge. Wetsuits are typically only needed in early spring and the fall, but are available anytime for those who want one.
Recommend Gear
Dress like you are going to the beach or the pool, anything you bring with you on the raft has the potential to get wet, sink, or float away. If you don’t have appropriate water shoes, we have them free of charge for anyone who needs them.
Along with being dressed to get wet, we suggest having the following:
- Sunscreen
- Sunglasses
- Hat
- Water Bottle
- Waterproof Phone Case
If you are missing any of these items, we do have them for purchase in our store before your trip.

Cancelation Policy
Cancellations and rescheduling require a minimum of 24 hours notice. Cancellations made within 24 hours or no-shows will not be refunded. If you wish to reschedule within 24 hours, please let us know and we may be able to accommodate based on availability.
