How long is the trip?
The full experience lasts 5 hours, with 4–5 hours on the water depending on river section and conditions.
What kind of rapids should I expect?
Most full-day trips include Class III–IV rapids, with sections of calm water in between. Some routes can be adjusted based on skill level and water flow.
Do I need to be in great shape?
You should be prepared for a full day of activity and paddling. Let us know if you have concerns—we can recommend the best trip match.
What’s served for lunch?
Typically deli sandwiches or wraps, chips, fruit, cookies, and drinks. Vegetarian and gluten-free options available with notice.
Can I bring a GoPro or camera?
Yes, just make sure it’s waterproof and securely mounted. We also offer photo packages on select trips.
Will we have restroom access?
Restrooms are available at the launch and take-out points. Mid-river, we follow Leave No Trace principles.
