Job Description and Qualifications
We’re currently hiring for open office staff positions. This is a fun and often fast-paced job requiring someone who is detail-oriented and who works well under pressure. The office staff are the first to speak to our guests and are key providing a great experience from the beginning.
Requirements of our office staff include but are not limited to:
- A genuine smile. Outgoing and friendly personality. Strong communications skills.
- Ability to field general information calls and inquiries as well as guiding the guests in their activity choices.
- Staff must become knowledgable enough to sell of all our adventures and activities to guests.
- Manage online reservations and email communication
- Maintain a professional demeanor and work well under pressure while remaining calm, enthusiastic and flexible.
- Must be organized and detail-oriented while possessing strong communication skills
- Use computers to check booking availability as well as recording reservations accurately
