Arrival

Please arrive at the time you booked, the time in your confirmation email is the time you need to arrive for any Adventure Outdoors 4 Eagle Ranch river activity.

If we are picking you up, please note your pickup time and location.  If participating in multiple activities, pickup times and locations may be different, and some activities may require you to drive yourself to the departure location. For those booked on Adventure Outdoors 4 Eagle Ranch river trips, confirm these details in advance for a smooth experience.

Changing rooms are available if you need to get dressed before your trip. Once you are ready, please lock all personal belongings, including towels, in your vehicle. We will safely store your car keys in the office and away from the river. For guests using shuttle transportation, secure storage areas are also available, and our office staff will provide details upon arrival. We want your river trip experience to be stress-free from start to finish..

All safety gear, is provided free of charge, including lifejackets, helmets, splash jackets, river booties, and wetsuits. Wetsuits are typically recommended during the early spring and fall months, but are available anytime for guests who would like one..

Recommend Gear

Dress like you are going to the beach or the pool, anything you bring with you on the raft has the potential to get wet, sink, or float away.  If you don’t have appropriate water shoes, we have them free of charge for anyone who needs them.

Along with being dressed to get wet, we suggest having the following:

• Sunscreen
• Sunglasses
• Hat
• Water Bottle
• Waterproof Phone Case

If you are missing any of these items, we do have them for purchase in our store before your trip.

Cancelation Policy

Cancellations and rescheduling require a minimum of 24 hours notice. Cancellations made within 24 hours or no-shows will not be refunded. If you wish to reschedule within 24 hours, please let us know and we may be able to accommodate based on availability. Please note the cancelation policy applies to all Adventure Outdoors reservations.
